Dennis Jose Pesimo Borbon also known as Jepoy Pesimo and Madam Claudia is a Filipino blogger and fraudster. He and his syndicate members were arrested in August 2019 for high-profile estafa and extortion, targeting lawmakers and politicians like Senator Christopher Bong Go, JV Ejercito and Jolo Revilla as their victims.
